Service Motive
At Body Sins, we do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered to customers
as soon as possible. We follow a process to ensure that all orders are shipped properly and
get delivered within the timeline.

Shipment Timeline
All orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your
order has shipped.
We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to
notify you on the day of our arrival.
Orders are shipped the next day if placed before 2pm, and shipped the day after if placed after
2pm. – Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping aggregator and delivered within 2-7
days by our shipping partner. We have a warehouse at Faridabad.
This ensures that we can provide 2-day delivery in Delhi NCR with the warehouse and 3-4 day
delivery in the states around that warehouse. For remote locations in India, like Jammu &
Kashmir and the North East, deliveries can take upto 7 days

Delivery Charges
We are offering free delivery on orders above Rs. 500.
For orders below Rs. 500 a flat delivery fee of Rs. 75 will be charged from the customer

Serviceability
We provide delivery to all over India and cover majority of the Pin codes. However, in case your
area or pin code is not listed and you are unable to place an order on the website please reach
out to our customer support team on WhatsApp or email and they’ll be able to help/guide you in
placing an order offline.
